We're looking for a skilled Crane Operator
to operate cranes on-site while also supporting remote lift planning and operational coordination. This hybrid role is ideal for licensed operators who can balance hands-on operations with administrative and scheduling tasks.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Operations
* Operate cranes safely and efficiently according to lift plans
* Conduct pre-operational checks and routine inspections
* Communicate with riggers, dogmen, and site supervisors
* Ensure all lifting operations comply with WHS regulations
Remote / Hybrid Coordination
* Assist with lift planning, scheduling, and documentation remotely
* Monitor operational workflows and provide status updates
* Maintain accurate logs, reports, and compliance records
* Support coordination between multiple sites and teams
Requirements
* Valid Australian
Crane Operator Licence
(C2, C6, or relevant class)
* High Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
* Proven experience operating cranes on construction or industrial sites
* Knowledge of lift planning, load charts, and safety practices
* Ability to work both on-site and remotely as required
* Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
* Physical fitness for on-site work
* Legal right to work full-time in Australia
