Administration Officer – Parkwood, Gold Coast

Full-time | $65,000 + Super | Interviewing 28th April – 12th May | Commencing mid-May

Located in the peaceful suburb of Parkwood on the Gold Coast, this full-time Administration Officer position offers a stable and rewarding opportunity within a small, friendly office. You'll enjoy consistent hours (8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday) and a relaxed, office setting—ideal for someone who values calm, structure, and genuine team support.

This role will see you responsible for a broad range of office tasks that keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Your maturity, attention to detail, and practical experience will be highly valued here—this is a place where your professionalism and reliability won't go unnoticed.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Greeting visitors and handling incoming calls and emails with warmth and efficiency
* General office duties including document preparation, filing, scanning and data entry
* Coordinating incoming/outgoing mail and managing office supplies
* Basic accounts tasks including invoice matching and processing purchase orders
* Assisting with internal processes and supporting a small, collaborative team

What We're Looking For:

* Solid administration experience - ideally 10+ years
* Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
* A calm, professional manner and a genuine team spirit
* A proactive approach with the ability to manage routine tasks independently
* Reliability, professionalism, and a calm, steady presence
* Someone looking to contribute meaningfully without the pressures of senior management
