The Role
We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic animator and/or motion graphics designer with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.
As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:
* Champion new initiatives.
* Help shape our video content strategy.
* Meet regularly with team members.
* Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines.
Your efforts will enrich our video content and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.
Key/Main Responsibilities
* Creation of animated video content, including idents and intros/outros.
* Editing animated and live-action video content
* Gathering stock footage for use in videos
* Idea creation for new videos
* Bachelor Degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or equivalent experience.
* At least 1 year of commercial experience (or equivalent) with:
* Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro and Illustrator).
* Creating engaging video content within specific guidelines.
* Creating mood boards, storyboards and style frames.
Preferred Requirements
* At least 2 years in a freelance or in-studio Motion Design or Digital Design role.
* Experience in creating video content for social media channels and/or YouTube.
* Experience working with data visualisation and content layouts AND / OR experience in character animation.
* Fluency in English.
* A desire to make a sustainable world.
* A collaborative team player mindset.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to learn new skills
* The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
* The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
* A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
* Interactive web video experience and knowledge of web-based applications are a bonus.
