The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support the Council Stores team with daily store operations and delivery functions. As a Stores Trainee, you will assist with inventory data entry, perform stocktakes and audits, and serve as the first point of contact for store inquiries and requests. About You
We encourage applications from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander individuals who have completed their Higher School Certificate and hold a current NSW Class C or Provisional Drivers Licence. The ideal candidate will possess:
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to perform accurate data entry
* Intermediate written and verbal communication skills
* Organisational skills and ability to work to a schedule
Benefits
This is a full-time fixed-term position for 35 hours per week, for twelve months. The starting gross annual salary is $46,575.33, including:
* $803.30 weekly base salary
* $92.38 weekly superannuation (11.5%)
