This Role: Property Development Graduate
As a Development Graduate, you will rotate through various departments within the company, gaining a broad understanding of the property development function and its role in ensuring the organisation's success.
You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop your expertise and contribute to the delivery of programs that achieve forecast settlements.
Throughout your two-year program, you'll gain valuable insights into the industry and develop the skills and confidence needed to take on senior leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to project scope, design and delivery to achieve project vision.
* Support the delivery of programs to ensure forecast settlements are achieved.
* Monitor market and competitor activity to maintain a competitive position.
* Participate in team approach to maximise profitability, information exchange and business outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
* Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia or New Zealand.
* Completed a degree within 24 months of the program start date.
* Diversity in thought, skills, experiences, and cultural backgrounds.
* People who are inspired, motivated, passionate, respectful of others, and keen to make a meaningful impact through their work.
