As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for all service calls.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and manage incoming service requests, gathering information to enable service teams to perform work.
* Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, dealers, and colleagues.
* Prepare customer quotes in consultation with service managers, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
* Coordinate the completion of work orders, updating and correlating with technician times.
* Process completed purchase orders and invoices into systems as required.
* Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and environmental (WHSE) responsibilities, policies, and procedures.
* Perform additional administrative tasks as necessary.
