The Opportunity
We're looking for a hands‐on Digital Marketer to join our growing marketing team.
This is a role suited to someone who's confident running paid campaigns, comfortable working with data, and equally happy rolling up their sleeves to support content and campaign execution.
You'll report to our Head of Creative and work alongside an existing Digital Marketer in a collaborative environment where ideas are encouraged and ownership is valued.
This role blends paid media performance with practical digital execution.
You'll take shared responsibility for Google and Meta Ads performance, help optimise digital funnels, and contribute to broader brand awareness and growth initiatives. You will also support organic content, asset creation and campaign rollout where needed.

What You'll Be Doing
Paid Media & Performance
* Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Remarketing), Meta Ads (including awareness and audience growth campaigns)
* Monitor budgets to ensure efficient allocation and strong ROI
* Conduct audience and creative testing
* Provide clear, structured reporting and practical recommendations
* Support forecasting and campaign planning
* Review online sales funnels and identify areas for improvement
* Assist with segmentation, remarketing and retention initiatives
* Provide insights to support pricing, promotions and product launches
* Monitor competitor activity and digital trends
Content & Campaign Support
* Contribute to organic social content and short‐form video when required
* Support paid amplification of high‐performing organic content
* Assist with copywriting for ads, landing pages and campaigns
* Collaborate with the creative team to ensure messaging aligns with performance goals
About You
* You're likely sitting at around 3–5 years' experience in digital marketing and are confident managing campaigns independently.
* You're comfortable analysing performance data and can communicate insights clearly.
* You're organised, proactive and take pride in producing work that is thoughtful, well executed and commercially sound.
* Most importantly, you're looking for somewhere you can settle in, contribute and grow.
Skills & Experience
* 3–5 years' experience in digital marketing
* Strong hands‐on experience with Google Ads
* Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
* Experience monitoring and managing digital marketing budgets
* Confidence interpreting analytics and translating data into recommendations
* Understanding of digital funnels and customer journeys
* Strong communication and copywriting skills
* Graphic design and photography skills welcomed
* Technical capability across:
o Google Ads
o Meta Business Suite
o Adobe Creative Cloud
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Business (preferred)
