Remuneration: Dependent on Qualification

Occupational Therapist: $38.51 - $54.94 per hour + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Psychologist: $40.57 - $59.38 per hour + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Registered Nurse: $37.48 - $52.62 + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Social Worker: $38.51 - $54.94 per hour + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Role and responsibilities

Our Community Mental Health (CMH) Team is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where staff are empowered to thrive. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you'll provide mental health triage, assessment, and short-term interventions through both phone and face-to-face support. You'll be part of a dynamic and passionate team of mental health professionals who are focused on collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence. You will be primarily based at Liverpool, with future opportunities at other local sites as listed.

You will be a pool clinician, filling vacancies within the listed team and may transfer to other positions as opportunities arise, sharing your expertise and making a meaningful impact wherever you go.

We offer a 7-day rotating roster with no night shifts, supporting a healthy work–life balance while delivering high-quality care. You will be supported in your professional growth, wellbeing, and development.

Selection Criteria

To help us assess your suitability for the role, please respond to the questions below:

* Relevant qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or qualified Social Worker eligible for registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), or CSU Graduates: Bachelor of Health Science (Mental Health).
* Please provide a detailed description of your interest and motivation in applying for this role highlighting your relevant skills and experience in providing assessment and treatment for consumers of the mental health service.
* Using an example, describe a time you worked as part of a team to solve a problem. Outline the communication skills used and how you ensured the problem would not occur again.
* Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
