Customer Service Representative
We're passionate about delivering outstanding experiences for our customers and we're looking for people who share that energy. We're hiring permanent full-time customer service representatives to join our contact centre, where you'll be at the heart of the action during some of the biggest moments in sport.
As a customer service representative, you'll be part of a high-performing team that supports customers across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat. You'll handle betting inquiries, process inbound telephone bets, and solve customer problems with speed, empathy, and attention to detail. You'll also collaborate with teams across payments, security, safer gambling, and more, making you a go-to source for accurate information and exceptional service.
This is a permanent full-time position. Rosters will vary and include evenings, weekends, and public holidays. We are particularly seeking team members who are available throughout our busiest sporting seasons.
* Handle betting inquiries and customer support across phone, email, and live chat
* Process inbound telephone bets with accuracy and efficiency
* Solve customer problems with a focus on detail and great outcomes
* Log clear, concise notes in our customer database
* Stay up to date on bet types, key events, and industry trends
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
