It provides the widest and most diverse range of intermodal, tank and on-site storage container solutions.We're currently looking for a highly organised Sales Support professional to join our Site Containers division at our Adelaide Head Office.
In this role, you'll act as the key link between the General Manager and the Sales Team, ensuring everything runs smoothly through seamless coordination, reliable administration, and outstanding customer service.Who We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have well-developed support skills and a proven track record of being highly organised and efficient.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a positive, upbeat attitude who thrives in a team environment.What You'll Be DoingManaging high-value customer accounts and complex sales enquiriesPreparing and reviewing quotes, contracts, and project documentationCoordinating with logistics, operations, and finance to ensure timely and seamless deliveryMonitoring sales performance data and identifying areas for growth and improvementSupporting the General Manager with forecasting, planning, and key account managementMaintaining accuracy across CRM and inventory systemsWhat You'll Bring3 - 5+ years' experience in a Sales Support or Customer Service roleProven experience in team coordination and cross-functional collaborationHigh-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platformsStrong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressureA positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent serviceWhat Success in This Role Looks LikeAccurate, timely documentation and reportingHigh customer satisfaction and repeat businessSupporting the Sales Team and GM to exceed performance targetsEnhancing sales processes through improved systems and proceduresWhy Join SCF Site?
