The opportunity:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduler - Home Care. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure effective service delivery to Barossa clients via home care packages through managing bookings and schedules.
Responsibilities:
* Manage complex Home Carers schedules and car bookings, ensuring efficiency in daily schedules.
* Manage all changes to bookings & schedules in a timely manner
* Great customer service
* Documentation Administration
* Complaints and resolution
Essential Criteria:
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite
* Understanding and experience in scheduling and home care services
* Certificate III in Community Services preferable but not essential
