**About Our Client**:
Page Personnel is partnering with a client who develops hardware and software products to upgrade fleet operating systems through data collection.
- Processing Client Transactions; including but not limited to maintenance quotes and requests through Salesforce and Zendesk and updating required information
- Ensure accuracy and regular updating of Client Account Information
- Address client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner, escalating complex queries
- Prepare and maintain client records including interactions, transactions and correspondence
- Supporting with adhoc enquiries and administration tasks
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Experience in using Salesforce
- Experience in using Zendesk
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Can work under pressure whilst demonstrating resilience
- Ability to be self motivated and work autonomously
- Is positive, friendly and approachable to those they communicate with
- High-level attention to detail
