What you'll do:
* Lead end-to-end engagements, from scoping and hypothesis development to insight generation, executive storytelling and delivery of recommendations
* Structure and oversee robust market, customer, competitor and operational analysis; pressure-test business plans and quantify value levers (revenue, cost, capex, working capital)
* Build and challenge synergy and cost-to-achieve cases; design pragmatic implementation roadmaps, PMO/IMO governance and benefits tracking
* Guide carve-out/stand-up design (people, process, technology), stranded cost mitigation and Day 1/Day 2 readiness
* Manage and develop diverse teams; provide on-the-job coaching, feedback and career support
* Cultivate client relationships, shape proposals and thought leadership, and contribute to practice growth
* Collaborate across PwC to bring integrated solutions to clients
What we're looking for:
* 6–12+ years of relevant experience in strategy or deals consulting, corporate development, M&A operations, private equity value creation, or related fields.
* Proven ability to lead significant workstreams across at least two areas including operational/people/technology/ESG due diligence, integration, separation/carve-out, and value creation/performance improvement.
* Strong financial and analytical acumen, including proficiency in driver trees, financial modelling, synergy quantification, and benefits tracking.
* Exceptional skills in translating complex analysis into clear, actionable executive narratives and implementation plans.
* Experience managing and coaching teams, with proven capability in engaging senior stakeholders such as C-suite executives and investment committees.
* Sector experience within one or more of PwC's focus industries is highly valued.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications such as MBA, CA, CPA, or CFA are advantageous.
