The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a driven and experienced Product Manager with a proven background in the Industrial Automation and electrical safety industry.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in industrial automation and electrical safety industry is required.

Skills & Experience

- Hands‑on familiarity with condition monitoring, thermal sensors, vibration analysis or predictive maintenance solutions.
- Familiarity with complex electrical systems and enterprise‑level sales cycles
- Proven track record selling and/or specifying low voltage electrical infrastructure:
- LV switchgear
- LV switchboards
- Experience positioning solutions that reduce risk, increase uptime or improve compliance.
- Comfortable developing solutions with customers – listening, diagnosing and creating tailored approaches.
- Prospecting, sourcing new business and grow existing accounts.
- Previous experience with calls, visits, meetings that demanded proactive customer engagement.
- Being a fearless communicator with any customer from any level
- Skilled in creating trust and long‑term relationships with end users, OEM's and distributors ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
- Comfortable navigating complex, long‑cycle sales that require engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated history of delivering year‑over‑year sales growth with clear metrics to back it up.
- Existing network in mining, oil & gas, food/beverage, or heavy manufacturing in Australia will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with IIoT solutions, SCADA/PLC integration, and predictive maintenance software
- Previous channel management experience with industrial distributors or integrators
- Your are a fearless, curious hunter with a customer service mindset that is motivated by hitting and exceeding sales goals.
- Operates autonomously and as a team capable of building a pipeline and closing deals.
