Receivals Clerk

Job Description:

The Receivals Clerk is responsible for processing inwards paperwork, booking inwards, processing incoming overseas shipping documents, invoicing customers, and managing stock. This involves working with various computer systems and ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.



Key Responsibilities:

* Process inwards paperwork and booking inwards
* Process incoming overseas shipping documents
* Invoice customers accurately and on time
* Manage stock levels effectively



Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Forklift license (essential)
* Excellent phone manner and communication skills, particularly in Excel
* Aptitude for working with various computer systems
* High motivation with attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work within deadlines and prioritize tasks
