* Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue growth, gross margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
* Lead a high-performing team of operations managers to ensure effective management of resources, utilization, overhead control, and gross margin management.
* Partner with other senior leaders to drive collaboration and work sharing across the organization to meet overall business targets.
* Provide leadership and direction to all staff and ensure clear communication of objectives, actions, and focus of the business unit.
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in operations management, leadership, financial management, and consulting.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships leading to repeat business.
* Proven track record of delivering results while maintaining a focus on people and customer satisfaction.
