As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing gatehouse operations at our client site within the Melbourne Airport precincts. This includes ensuring secure access control, surveillance, and prompt incident response across the facility. You will play a vital role in maintaining uninterrupted service delivery and upholding operational security standards without delay or compromise. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar gatehouse or security role, with a valid VIC Security Licence and current Senior First Aid Certificate. They will also possess advanced computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high-level report writing and presentation skills.
