Brand & Marketing Manager
We're partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturer to find a Brand & Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, campaigns, digital and social media, and product marketing initiatives.
This role suits someone who enjoys owning the brand, leading campaigns end-to-end, collaborating with sales and product teams, and managing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You'll also lead a Content Creator and help shape marketing direction across multiple channels.
About the Role
As Brand & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategies that strengthen brand positioning, increase market awareness, and support commercial growth.
You will lead brand presence across digital, social media, events, advertising, and product marketing while working closely with Sales, Product, and eCommerce teams to deliver campaigns and initiatives.
This role also includes leadership responsibility for a content creator and requires strong stakeholder engagement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing plans
* Own and protect brand identity, positioning, and tone of voice
* Lead global social media channels and digital engagement initiatives
* Plan and deliver campaigns that increase brand awareness and engagement
* Support events, conferences, sponsorships, and product launches
* Produce marketing assets including copy, email campaigns, presentations, and video
* Manage external agencies, media partners, and suppliers
* Support PR activity and brand reputation initiatives
* Manage budgets and track marketing KPIs
* Conduct market and customer research to inform strategy
* Build strong cross‐functional relationships to ensure successful delivery
Leadership Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a direct report (Content Creator)
* Provide coaching, direction, and performance feedback
* Manage priorities and resources in a fast‐paced environment
* Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Proven experience in brand management and marketing strategy
* Experience leading or mentoring marketing team members
* Strong digital and social media expertise with analytics capability
* Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong communication and influencing ability
* High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Commercial awareness and a passion for modern brand marketing
Ideally, you'll also have:
* Strong administrative and systems skills (Office 365)
* A proactive, problem‐solving approach
* Experience working in structured project cycles or sprints
