Lifeline Gippsland Retail Assistants- Sale
Looking to give back to your community and make a real difference? Volunteering with Lifeline Gippsland is a meaningful way to support people in need while gaining valuable experience and connecting with others.
We operate five op shops across the Gippsland region and are currently seeking reliable, friendly, and self-motivated volunteers to join our team. Our op shops play a vital role in funding Lifeline Gippsland's crisis support services, including our telephone crisis line – every item sold helps us continue providing support to those in need.
As a Volunteer Retail Assistant, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks that help keep the shop running smoothly. This includes greeting and assisting customers, operating the cash register, sorting and pricing donated goods, restocking shelves, arranging displays, and helping maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment.
You will be part of a supportive team and receive on-the-job training. No prior retail experience is required – just a positive attitude and a willingness to help.
Volunteering with Lifeline Gippsland is not only rewarding, but also a great way to learn new skills, meet new people, and be part of a cause that truly matters.
If you're ready to make a difference and be part of something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.
