Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing all new and used vehicle sales enquiries, maximizing the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products through customer satisfaction and finance/insurance product sales. They will ensure appropriate resource management to deliver exceptional customer experience within the dealership.
* Actively set out to achieve and exceed site and departmental objectives.
* Handle sales enquiries efficiently, professionally and effectively.
* Train, mentor and coach Sales Advisors on finance/insurance products.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Proven experience in the Motor industry as a sales executive, sales manager, business manager or showroom manager.
* Success in Finance & Insurance with a solid understanding of legislation and best practice.
* Customer-centric approach with service above expectations.
* Deep understanding of the sales process and best practice.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
