About the Role
The primary objective of this position is to ensure the effective management and oversight of third-party providers for property, shared services or other corporate operations matters.
* Engage with third-party vendors to monitor their performance and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Respond to enquiries and address concerns from staff members related to property and corporate services.
* Contribute towards team planning and task assignment activities that support the delivery and completion of work.
* Monitor stationery and consumables levels within a portfolio of locations and arrange for sufficient stocks to be ordered and delivered to sites.
* Manage carpark ballots and fleet vehicles.
* Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures that facilitate the activities of the team, including resolving emerging issues.
About You
We are seeking an individual with proven experience in a property management role who possesses strong problem-solving skills.
* Able to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to communicate complex information to various audiences.
* Located in or near Newcastle Office and able to attend in-office at least 4 days per week.
