This is an in-office position based in Belconnen, offered on either a part-time or full-time basis depending on the successful candidate.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a capable and highly organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our busy real estate office.
Working closely with our Sales, Property Management and Accounts teams, you will play an important role in maintaining the smooth and efficient running of the business.
The position is primarily administration-focused, with the opportunity to assist in accounts and Property Management processes. Training will be provided, and the scope of the role can be adapted to suit the strengths and experience of the successful applicant.
Your Role and Responsibilities Include:
1. Providing general office administration support across the business
2. Accurate data entry and maintaining organised records and files
3. Preparing and processing documentation and compliance materials
4. Assisting the Sales and Property Management teams with administrative tasks
5. Processing invoices and assisting with accounts payable
6. Supporting
