Project Manager – Commercial Support and Projects

About the Role:
Reporting to theProject Program Manager, you'll be part of a busy yet dynamic project delivery team responsible for managing end-to-end national projects. Your role will involve:
* Leading projects from ideation to completion across multiple disciplines.
* Managing internal and external stakeholders.
* Facilitating project planning and risk mitigation sessions.
* Designing and reviewing scopes of work.
* Participating in tender processes (design, submission, and review)
* Overseeing project budgets and financial KPIs.
* Tracking progress and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
* Supporting ad-hoc operational reporting aligned with business goals.
Project Planning (Primary Focus)
* Define objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.
* Plan resources (labour, materials, external support)
* Develop risk mitigation strategies.
* Prepare detailed project plans and budgets.
Qualifications & experience required:
* Project Management Qualification or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum 2 years of proven project delivery experience.
* Experience in electrical, refrigeration, or mechanical works.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Full Australian working rights.
