We are recruiting a Service Advisor to join our team at Ford Burleigh, Queensland. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and efficiently coordinating vehicle servicing.
What The Role Entails
* Providing the ultimate customer service experience to clients face‑to‑face
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues
* Maintaining regular contact with customers to provide updates
* Communicating with internal department teams to ensure vehicles are completed and ready on time
* Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution‑based outcomes
* Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs
* Participating in ongoing training and development to grow professionally
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor is highly desired, or experience in banking, real estate, or other customer‑facing roles
* Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication
* A proactive, professional presentation and approach
* Experience in a KPI‑driven environment
* Experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) is highly desired but not essential
* Ability to sell additional work as required
* Comfort with working autonomously and thriving as part of a team
* Enjoyment of a fast‑paced, yet fun environment
