We are seeking an ongoing Meter Asset Coordinator to join our Customer Services division.

The Opportunity
As the Meter Asset Coordinator you As the Meter Asset Coordinator you will lead the development and delivery of the meter maintenance and management strategy, ensuring performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across operations. You will also play a key support role to the digital meter pilot team providing guidance, insight, and oversight to enable effective process development and issue resolution.
What you'll do:
* Coordinate installation and replacement of mechanical and digital water meters, ensuring compliance and operational alignment.
* Liaise with customers and stakeholders to plan and deliver meter works efficiently.
* Test and validate meter accuracy, record results, and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate process documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and delivery partners.
What you'll need to be successful:
Essential Criteria:
* Ability to plan and deliver metering strategies for mechanical and digital meters.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders and customers.
* Experience with digital systems and troubleshooting technologies.
* Analytical skills to interpret asset performance data and drive improvements.
* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions.
Desirable Criteria:
* Technical understanding of water metering concepts and technologies, including both mechanical and digital meters, as well as associated communication systems and protocols.
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to water metering.
