Lead and deliver key WA infrastructure projects within an established civil engineering team. Available due to continued project growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Lead drainage design for urban redevelopment, highways, and rail projects.
* Oversee projects across planning, detailed design, construction support, and asset management.
* Mentor and guide graduate and mid-level engineers in their development.
* Engage with clients, providing innovative, practical, and technical solutions.
* Contribute to project management activities and ensure timely delivery of design outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor of Engineering.
* 8+ years' experience in civil engineering across roads and highways.
* Demonstrated experience designing to Main Roads WA standards.
* Proven ability to manage projects and lead design teams effectively.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Collaborative and adaptable approach to delivering client outcomes.
