About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will involve implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet our medium and long-term resource needs.
You will work closely with our Recruitment Operations team, Workforce Planning, and Capability leads to develop and execute mid-to-long term talent acquisition strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing recruitment plans to meet forecasted workforce needs
* Sourcing and attracting top talent from various industries and backgrounds
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance our employer brand and reputation
* Providing strategic recruitment advice and guidance to business units

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (desirable)
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in a recruitment function
* Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition functions
* Experience in a similar role with specific experience in leading recruitment partnering solutions within a complex program
You will also need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
