Due to this steady rise to fame, this highly modern and well funded organisation needs a savvy Marketing Executive, with a broad skillset and interest in partnership management and organic social planning.
We are keen to hear from experienced Marketing Coordinators, as well as recent Graduates who are keen to take their career to the next level. Ongoing training, mentoring and support is provided, as well as joining a foward thinking business with a great culture.
You'll join a small and nimble growth-focused team working on developing partnerships, improving on customer experience (CX), positioning the brand in market across every channel by testing a huge range of tactics, creative and messaging - plus more!
**What will your day-to-day look like?**
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns to deliver on agreed initiatives that drive desired results, inparticular organic social planning and strategy
- Researching, planning, coordinating and launching fresh campaigns and content with new angles (regularly), with the support of channel specialists
- Developing creative and campaign briefs for a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting and analysis on the effectiveness of initiatives
- Oversee partnerships and maintain regular communication
- Constantly working on self-improvement and research/learning to keep on top of the latest marketing trends
This role is a generalist all-around marketing role, there's no limit to what you'll be able to learn or be involved in as the business continues to evolve, the team grows and we identify progression opportunities.
**This role can be versatile, with a hybrid office/WFH depending on your preference, as our client has the tools and resources to help you stay connected. You will however be required to work from the office in Torquay at least 3 days per week.**
