About the Role
ANNEES Shop Managers are empathetic, outcome-driven leaders who run our shops with care, clarity and rhythm. You manage the team, oversee daily operations, and ensure every shift delivers A-Piece of Happiness - from guest experience to compliance and performance.
This role will provide temporary operational support to a second location during the initial period. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into broader leadership responsibilities and develop multi-site management experience.
Your Main Priorities
Team Leadership
Hire, onboard and develop Team Members and Shift Leaders. Give feedback, guide growth, and foster a safe, inclusive culture.
Culture & Impact
Role model care, consistency and connection. Build a team culture that feels joyful, inclusive and high-performing.
Performance & Compliance
Audit service, manage budgets, track KPIs, and elevate risks. Ensure WHS, HR and operational standards are met.
Venue Operations
Oversee daily shop performance - guest experience, safety, compliance, stock, prep, rostering and reporting.
Communication
Run meetings, share updates, and navigate diverse perspectives with empathy and clarity.
Process Improvement
Spot patterns, suggest improvements, and help pilot new tools or routines.
Role Requirements
* 1+ years in hospitality, retail or team leadership
* Manager level experience is required for this position
* Confident managing people, operations and compliance
* Empathetic communicator who builds trust and clarity
* Comfortable with rostering, reporting and performance tracking
* Passionate about creating joy and helping others thrive
