We are expanding our team and would love you to join us
You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program in Colac with potential expansion into other areas.
* Deliver language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills training
* Be part of making a difference in the community
About the role:
* Use your experience to engage students and use effective learning techniques
* Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance
* Bring learning to life for students and use different forms of communication to gain positive outcomes
* Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements
* Approximately 12 hours per week Tuesday's and Thursdays
Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Working towards
* Diploma in Adult Education, Bachelor of Education or TESOL highly regarded
* Working with Children Check, clear National Police Check, Australian residency.
