Job Description:

1. More than 5 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.
2. Experience/Exposure with Salesforce Industries including Omni Studio.
3. Exposure to OOP and Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Classes) for debugging and managing minor enhancements.
4. Certified Salesforce Admin ADM201 or ADM211 & Platform App Builder.
5. Demonstrable strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, patience, and an understanding of how their role impacts the overall customer experience.
6. Platform Developer 1 Certification or Omnistudio Certification.
7. Ability to work within an Agile delivery methodology.
Duties
Maintain and configure Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience applications.
Exhibit a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build end-to-end automated processes using declarative tools.
Investigate and troubleshoot OmniStudio components including FlexCards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
Perform ongoing system administration including maintaining users, monitoring application metrics, managing Salesforce configurations, and ensuring data integrity.
Deploy changes via existing DevOps framework.
Investigate issues by analyzing logs from various sources.
Evaluate new Salesforce releases to determine functionality requirements and assess how changes will affect departments and users.
Develop and maintain documentation on processes and configurations.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines (business, architecture, data, etc.).
Work within an Agile delivery methodology.
Troubleshoot API and integration issues with applications such as MuleSoft.
