* Retailation Strategies: Develop and implement retention initiatives to drive member satisfaction and loyalty
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and support staff to achieve business goals
* Event Planning: Coordinate class schedules, coach group fitness sessions, and plan gym events and promotions
* Sales and Marketing: Lead new membership sales, referrals, and onboarding processes to grow the gym's membership base
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to inform business decisions
