You will be the face of Optus and the essence of the customer's experience from the moment they step into your stores.
By showing sincere curiosity and asking the right questions, you will uncover customer needs and develop solutions to satisfy those needs.
You will need to be a champion of customer service excellence from start to finish, with a strong desire to set your customers up for success.
The skills and experience you will have:
Sales experience is a huge advantage but not essential for the right person.
Minimum 1 year working in a customer service environment
Confidence in yourself and your ability to interact positively with customers, ensuring their visit is a positive experience
A strong desire to succeed; you are motivated by success and thrive on wins
Team player — success depends on working as a unit and fostering a positive team culture.
