Job Title: Automotive Lubrication Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Lubrication Specialist to join our team. As an Automotive Lubrication Specialist, you will be responsible for performing vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, minor repairs, and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of automotive maintenance experience or equivalent training in automotive technology. You will also possess excellent communication skills, basic computer competencies, and a positive attitude towards working in a fast-paced environment.
Some key responsibilities of this role include:
* Performing vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks, including oil changes and lubrication work
* Communicating with service advisors when additional repairs are needed or when repairs cannot be completed on time
* Inspecting and testing new vehicles to ensure all features function properly
* Installing accessories on new vehicles as specified by customers or dealers
* Shadowing skilled technicians to learn quality vehicle service maintenance and repairs techniques
You will also be required to complete in-house and factory training courses, which will help you develop your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
Key qualifications for this position include:
* 1 year of automotive maintenance experience or equivalent training in automotive technology
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Basic computer competencies and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination
* Able to lift up to 50 pounds and possess a valid driver's license
* Pass drug testing, MVR/insurability, and background investigation/interview
