The Role:
* Absolutely no portfolio management - You will be overseeing the entire rent roll & team
* Lead by example, motivate the team & encourage them to succeed
* Oversee and implement strategies & procedures
* Ensure KPI's are met across the entire team
* Strategic and operational planning, facilitate weekly meetings
* Investigate and manage escalated issues with your team and external clientele
* Provide ongoing mentoring & training to areas of need
* Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to improve staff retention and recognition
* Working within the Leadership Team to ensure profitability and growth
* Managing recruitment for team & 1 on 1 meetings with staff
* You will have a seat at the table! Your opinion will be highly regarded
The Candidate:
* Must have Department Head experience in Property Management
* Class 1 License with view to be Licensee/ Current Class 2 License
* Experience with managing teams & large rental portfolios
* Motivating, innovative & driven to succeed
* Ability to prioritize your own and your team's time
* Conflict Resolution - highly experienced with NCAT & Tribunals
* Lead a highly successful department!
* Develop team strengths and improve areas needing further development
