Better Beyond Care Services (BBCS) is seeking an experienced, independent Support Coordinator to join our growing remote team, specifically focusing on the Perth Metropolitan and surrounding areas. Your Role: Driving Independence & Growth
* Build Your Caseload: Take the lead in actively building and sustaining your participant list, leveraging both our referral pipeline and your own networking skills within WA.
* Provider Network Mastery: Act as a \"linker\" by maintaining and expanding a robust network of local providers across Perth to ensure bespoke support solutions.
* Results-Focused Coordination: Focus on capacity building and self-advocacy, helping participants reduce their reliance on formal supports over time.
* Local Presence: Conduct client visits (generally within the Perth region) to maintain high-quality, face-to-face relationships.

Contractor Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in NDIS Support Coordination or Case Management.
* Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Social Work, Community Services, Psychology, or a related human services field.
* Business Essentials: ABN, Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance.
* Compliance: NDIS Worker Screening Check, WA Working with Children Check (if applicable), Driver’s License, and a reliable, insured vehicle.
