Customer Service/Parts Interpreter - Dubbo
JAS Oceania is a National Wholesaler of Automotive Rotating Electrical, Air-Conditioning, Accessories and Lighting products, servicing the Auto Electrical sector.
Job Summary
We are seeking an internal Customer Service/Parts Interpreter to join our team, based out of our Dubbo Branch.
Key Responsibilities
Safety is our priority – proactively ensure you and the team are operating in a safe environment
Respond to inbound calls and face to face customers in the branch, providing pricing and parts availability
Process invoices & credits
Assist with picking and packing and stock takes as required
Your Skills and Experience
Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus
An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
Previous parts interpreter experience or experience with automotive / mechanical or electrical parts would be an advantage
Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to work in all areas of the business
