Job Title: Family Dynamics Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Dynamics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with families in high conflict settings, providing education and support to help them navigate complex family separations.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct intake assessments and develop safety plans to ensure the well-being of all parties involved
* Design and deliver education programs on child development, family violence, and effective communication
* Liaise with internal and external services to provide integrated support and referrals
* Maintain accurate records and case notes in accordance with organizational policies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant undergraduate qualification in Social or Behavioural Sciences (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
* Demonstrated experience supporting families in high conflict settings
* Strong record of working within a child-focused and culturally inclusive practice framework
* Excellent communication, time management, and computer literacy skills
