Heavy Equipment Mechanic Leadership Opportunity
This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our Large Engines Department. The successful candidate will lead and motivate a team of up to 10 employees in the disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of large engines.
* Lead and motivate a crew of up to 10 employees within the Large Engines department
* Disassemble, inspect, and assemble engine components with precision and care
* Promote and maintain high safety standards and a positive, can-do team culture
* Assist in training team members and manage high-volume workloads efficiently
* Australian-recognised Trade Certificate
* Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
* Strong understanding of service reporting and service literature
* Team leadership experience with a strong emphasis on safety
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a busy workshop
* Familiarity with KPI metrics from task receipt to component dispatch
