As a result of consistent internal team growth, they are currently looking for an enthusiastic Category Coordinator to join their business.
**Your recent role**
As a Category Coordinator in this organisation, you will:
- Coordinate the end-to-end supply of category fresh produce into major Australian supermarkets
- Administer weekly price quotes to customers
- Regularly communicate inventory levels to supermarkets daily
- Work closely with the Customer Service Operations Manager and relevant Section Leaders on chain orders
- Liaise regularly with the Category Procurement team and Category Manager to understand supply and demand
- Work with growers and warehouse staff to understand needs and develop action plans
- Build relationships with produce growers and customers
**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An innovative and creative nature
- Experience in overseeing inventory and distribution in an FMCG environment
- A willingness to work collaboratively
- Strong customer service skills
- An outgoing and confident nature
- Understanding of the procurement process
