At our very core, we are a human environment – passionate people driven by the purpose of enhancing the quality of life and contributing to a healthier future.Position SnapshotLocation: Broadford, VictoriaDuration: Full time, Permanent3+ years' experience in a similar roleResponsibilities Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for driving optimal performance and promoting continuous improvement to ensure your production lines operate smoothly and successfully. Key responsibilities include:Lead, coach and manage the team to excel in achieving line standards associated with production runs and the standard conditions & routines associated with Safety & the 4M's (Man, Machine, Method, Material).Ensure continuous line Controls & immediate corrective action (initiating problem solving as applicable).Achieve a "zero injury, defect, waste" mindset & promote behaviours that have a positive impact on Safety Health Environment & Quality.
