This October, we’re proud to be the major staffing partner for SXSW Sydney 2025 – a week-long celebration of gaming, music, tech, screen, and pop culture taking over the ICC and surrounds. If you’ve ever wanted to be in the thick of a city-wide, future-focused creative event – this is your chance.
What you’ll do
- Be the friendly face welcoming thousands of attendees
- Help guests navigate large-scale interactive experiences
- Support access control, wayfinding, ticketing or crowd management
- Represent incredible brands and activations across multiple precincts
- Work behind-the-scenes in tech, gaming, music and conference environments
You’re a great fit if you…
- Are passionate about gaming, tech, music, pop culture or creative events
- Have experience in events, customer service, hospitality or performance
- Stay calm under pressure and love a fast-paced environment
- Bring strong communication, initiative, and team vibes
