The role
As a Mill Production Operator, you will:
Operate and monitor production equipment with a focus on safety, quality and consistency
Complete routine quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
Identify and help resolve equipment or process issues, with support from the team
Follow established safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe workplace
Assist with inventory tasks and help keep the work area organised and tidy
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and continuously improve processes
You will bring
Experience in manufacturing or production is helpful, but not essential
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
A strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
Flexibility to work Monday to Friday shifts
Relevant training or certifications in manufacturing (advantageous, but not required)
Forklift licence and prior forklift experience required
