You will:Provide positive first contact by efficiently addressing email & phone enquiriesCollaborate with participants and families to understand their unique needsPartner with service delivery to match services to specific care needsUphold NDIS principles and relevant legislation in all processesGenerate insightful reports on client data, trends, and positive outcomesProactively engage with funding bodies to facilitate resource accessBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for seamless collaborationYou Will HaveStrong communication skills to forge and maintain positive relationships, contributing to a collaborative environmentConfidence to uphold service user privacy and confidentialityAdaptable, exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume settingKeen attention to detail and proactive initiativeAbility to work autonomously to drive resultsProven experience in managing competing priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlinesSound understanding of person-centred thinking, the principles of the NDIS, and the National Disability Service StandardCertificate IV in Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services or relevant experience highly desiredAbout UsWesthaven is committed to being the provider of choice for disability support services and accommodation across regional NSW.
