They provide expert guidance and support to foster a risk-aware culture across the organization, working closely with teams to assess risk controls, develop training programs, and implement enterprise-wide risk management practices.
The Risk Management Partner will be part of the Enterprise Risk branch, which oversees risk strategy analytics and governance across the organization. They will work collaboratively with an Enterprise Risk Manager who values development, continuous improvement, and collaboration, contributing to a centre of excellence for risk management and driving best practice.
To succeed in this role, candidates should have experience in enterprise-wide risk management governance and compliance, as well as a desire for continued learning and growth. Strong conceptual and analytical skills are essential, along with a confident ability to build relationships across all levels, facilitate workshops, and influence outcomes through trusted advice and insights.
