About The Role
Personal Care Worker at Deborah Cheetham Retirement Village, Ocean Grove. Three part‐time positions available in the Care Centre with the following shifts:
* 07:00 – 13:00 Thursday – Saturday
* 07:00 – 13:00 Thursday – Saturday
* 07:00 – 13:00 Thursday – Sunday
Responsibilities
* Develop lasting relationships with residents and their families.
* Follow residents' individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad.
* Use the latest technology, including the purpose-built care app myRyman.
* Work closely with and support colleagues to create a great team environment.
About You
* Certificate III/IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support.
* Kindness in your DNA.
* Strong empathy.
* Outstanding communication skills.
* A reliable, friendly and professional style.
