Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to provide expert technical support for customers utilizing Veeam Backup and Replication (VBR) solution. As a Virtualization Backup Engineer, you will be the point of contact for IT professionals requiring assistance with troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of VBR.
In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Your expertise in Windows OS, TCP/IP networking, firewall configuration, DHCP/DNS management, VMware ESXi/Microsoft Hyper-V administration, Microsoft Exchange server administration, SQL/Oracle database engines will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 'Fluent English communication skills - reading/writing/speaking'
* 'Advanced user or administrative level knowledge of Windows OS 2008(r2)/2016.'
