**Penske** are seeking a new **Off Highway Service Supervisor **to lead the next generation of techniciansin our **Adelaide** branch. This is the ideal opportunity to take the leap and get off the tools. You'll lead and develop our technicians as they work across all aspects of off-highway machinery. From marine, to rail, power generation and industrial, our techs can get the job done!
**About you**:
- Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic/Diesel Fitter with experience in heavy vehicle, plant, marine or power generation equipment.
- Demonstrable leadership skills, ideally having come from a leading hand role, but with the right attitude, we'll train you up and give you the tools to succeed.
- Strong experience in maintenance, service and repair of heavy duty diesel engines, so our techs can come to you with any tricky questions.
- Knowledge and experience in mtu, Deutz, Mercedes Benz, Detroit Diesel, Cummins and Allison Transmission products would be fantastic - its what we work on, among other things!
- Practical working knowledge on the operation of appropriate machinery, tools and equipment.
- Easily work independently and take the lead to drive and upskill the team.
- A commitment to, and promotion of safe work practices and the ability to mentor others.
- Have effective communication and teamwork skills, and actively promote Penske's values and purpose.
