Senior Product Manager Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape and drive product strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.
Your key responsibilities will include defining the strategic vision and roadmap for key areas of the platform, partnering with engineering and design to build and launch products that delight customers, and communicating product vision and progress to stakeholders.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for key areas of the platform, guiding initiatives from discovery through delivery while ensuring long-term impact and alignment with business goals.
2. Partner with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to define, build, and launch products that delight customers and align with business objectives.
3. Translate customer problems and opportunities into clear, actionable product requirements.
4. Collaborate with Design to craft thoughtful, intuitive user experiences and maintain design consistency across the platform.
5. Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to prioritise the most impactful work.
6. Champion a customer-first mindset—deeply understanding user pain points and advocating for meaningful solutions.
7. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to stakeholders across all levels.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
* Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales).
* Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to define and drive complex product initiatives.
* Experience in UX or design collaboration.
* Strong understanding of data and metrics to inform product decisions.
