Junior Property Officer
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Property Officer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in real estate. Experience is not essential, we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
About the Role
Your duties will include:
* Conducting ingoing and inspections
* Assisting with routine inspections
* Attending and assisting at open homes
* General property management administration
* Assisting the Property Management team with daily tasks
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail
* A professional and friendly attitude
* Good organisational and time management skills
* The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* A willingness to learn and take initiative
Requirements:
* Certificate of Registration is required, or the willingness to obtain one.
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
* Available to work Saturdays with a weekday RDO
* Presentable and professional appearance
* Basic computer skills
